of TalkShop’s Protocol Training and Values Formation workshop. I look forward

I’ve learned a lot and discovered things
that I thought were right but are technically wrong. The TalkShop program
design is great. I like etiquette application in and out of the workplace. I
appreciate the communication protocol segment because it greatly enhanced my skills
as a technical support representative.
Ms. Sheila Viesca is awesome. She’s very
patient and knowledgeable. She’s ready to answer not so related questions from
some of the participants. All throughout the training, she conducted herself
intelligently, with decency and diplomacy. The transformative effect of this
protocol training is the self-confidence I gained and the reassurance that it
is not wrong to give ‘No’ as an answer.

Thank you to our Speakers, Dr. Sheila
Viesca and Professor Felipe. I learned a lot from this Protocol Training,
although it was held only for 2 days. The Speakers were able to explain the
topics clearly. I love the enneagram and personality profiling.
This itraining has been very informative,
especially in teaching about the different personality types. I also appreciate
learning about the history of our culture and other facts that we didn’t learn
in school.
